It is requirement by i-Possible™ that you accept all our terms and conditions prior to requesting any of our products or services.

Privacy Policy

i-Possible™ requires the collection of certain information from you prior to the delivery of our products and services. Any information collected will be in compliance with the Australian Privacy Act 1988. We do not disclose exchange or sell any of the information collected to any third parties. This condition excludes information exchanged between your bank/credit provider/financial institution and our bank/credit provider/financial institution for the sole purpose of validating and confirming payments made to us.

Returns and Refunds Policy

We only accommodate returns and refunds for our products, services or payments only if such a commitment was made by us in writing prior to your acceptance of a product or service.

We also do not provide refunds for products and services that require payment to third parties. This includes services such as (but not limited to) Domain registrations & transfers, SSL certificates, bank fees and charges, and postage fees.

All financial transactions will be made in Australian Dollars (AUD), and you will solely be responsible for any fees and charges that are enforced by your bank/credit provider/financial institution whilst obtaining any of our products or services.

Further Agreements

Clients may be required by a third party or us to enter into further agreements prior to commencement of a specific service.  Such agreements will be made known prior to being invoiced or charged for such services, and are in addition to the terms and conditions listed on this page.

Changes to our tems and conditions

We reserve the right to change our terms and conditions without prior notice. Any such changes will be posted on this page.
